Be Prepared, Plan Ahead

The City strongly encourages you to create a family plan with necessary information in order to keep your family safe during the global pandemic of COVID-19. Your family plan should include an alternate caregiver list and written medical authorization letters, along with important items such as a list of medications and allergies for each of your family members. The Orange County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) has prepared forms for you and your family to prepare in case of a medical emergency due to COVID-19.

Please remember that every step you take now will ensure the care and safety of your family in the future. If you have medical questions regarding COVID-19, please call the Orange County COVID-19 Hotline at 1-833-426-6411.
