On March 27, 2020, a historic $2 trillion federal stimulus package, known as the CARES Act, was signed into law to provide economic relief to those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The CARES Act includes monetary payments, incentives, rebates and other assistance for individuals and families and small businesses. Two other federal stimulus packages were passed prior to the CARES Act and more may be coming.
Economic assistance is also being provided through the State of California and private sources. The information below is a non-inclusive list of a variety of economic recovery resources and will be updated on a regular basis as the federal government issues further guidance to local and state governments, administering agencies and private industry. Direct contact with the agencies administering programs, as referenced through the links below, is strongly encouraged.
