Long Term Financial Plans are detailed reports prepared by staff to assist the City Council in assessing the impact of local decision making on the City’s future quality of life.
Five Year Strategic Plan
Developed as a blueprint for the City’s future, the Five Year Strategic Plan defines the City Council’s goals and assesses the City’s financial ability to achieve them. The plan identifies fiscal issues and opportunities, establishes goals, examines fiscal trends and provides for feasible solutions. The plan includes fund balances, expenditure and revenue projections, as well as goals and objectives. This allows the City to focus its efforts on top priorities without compromising the financial future. The City updates its Five Year Strategic Plan every two years to stay in alignment with changing economic conditions and community priorities.
